Helsinki, November 6, 2023 – Capton Partners is pleased to announce the addition of a new member to our team. Alisa Kuusisto joined our organization on November 6, 2023.
Alisa Kuusisto holds a master’s degree in economics and business administration and has completed her Master’s thesis on the topic of “Management Control Systems Integration in the Acquisition of a Startup company”. This provides her with a deep understanding of the intricate processes involved in mergers and post-acquisition integration. In addition, she is currently studying for a degree in Management and Information Technology at the University of Tampere.
Prior to joining Capton Partners, Alisa worked at Valmet, where she has been involved in many different projects, and has been able to participate in, for example, strategy development. In addition, she has worked as an Audit Trainee in a big four company.
Alisa’s professional expertise and experience make her a valuable addition to our team, strengthening our ability to deliver high-quality consulting services to our clients.
In her leisure time, Alisa is an avid golfer and tennis player, and she enjoys reading books.
