Capton Partners provided financial due diligence for Otavamedia Oy in a transaction where Otavamedia and WordDive Group Oy incorporated a new company (NewCo) that acquired the business assets of WordDive. Otavamedia owns 60% of the company, while WordDive owns 40%. Eleven employees were transferred to NewCo as former employees.
