Capton Partners provided Financial and Tax Due Diligence for UB Real estate fund in the acquisition of grocery store property in the Kello district of Oulu. The property was constructed in 2021 and it is fully leased to Kesko Oyj under a long-term capital lease agreement. The leased area of the property is 935 m2. The seller in the deal was technocampus Oy.
