Capton Partners Oy provides Financial and tax Due Diligence for Karnell in the acquisition of the majority stake in Sähkö-Jokinen Oy, a developer and manufacturer of outdoor lighting products in Finland.

Sähkö-Jokinen had sales of approximately EUR 8.5m with good profitability in the latest financial year which ended in December 2023.
