Capton Partners assisted the sellers of Metsäkonepalvelu Oy in the Financial and Tax Vendor Due Diligence process related to the transaction where A. Ahlström acquired 85% of the share capital of Metsäkonepalvelu Oy. Metsäkonepalvelu is the largest provider of logging services in Finland, with a strategic presence in the Swedish market. The consolidated turnover of the Metsäkonepalvelu Group was €32.1m in FY22, employing approximately 160 employees.
