Capton Partners as financial and tax due diligence advisor

On April 1, 2025, Sortera Oy acquired Suomen Siisti Piha Oy, a company known for its delivery of big bags for construction materials and waste, as well as its waste treatment facility in Juvanmalmi, Espoo. The acquisition strengthens Sortera’s position as a leading recycling and service company in the Helsinki metropolitan area and expands its service offering.

Capton Partners acted as Sortera Oy’s financial and tax advisor in the due diligence process related to the transaction.
